Treatment rooms for rent

We're looking for community oriented, like-minded massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other wellness practitioners to share our space!

  • Beautiful, recently renovated space just blocks from Lake Merrit

  • 4 fully furnished treatment rooms + a shared waiting room, bathroom, break/storage room, and back patio that would be perfect for hosting group workshops/classes

  • Each room is equipped with everything you need to provide top quality services to your clients

Space is upstairs, removed from sidewalk. While this is great for privacy and noise reduction, it is unfortunately not an accessible space. Masks are required in the common areas. Month to month lease.

Rent includes

  • monthly cleaning

  • linens and laundry service (we provide sheets, face cradle covers, bolster covers, towels, pillowcases, blankets, etc.)
